My Grandfather, Tom McNally, was Harry Mansfield's mk.V tank driver. He saw him killed in the action for the Canal du Nord on Sep 27th 1918, and named his first son born after the Great War, my Father, Harry Mansfield McNally. I always commemorate Captain Mansfield at this time of year.
